Dr. Jones practiced general dentistry in Chattanooga from 1982 to 1984. He returned to Memphis to complete his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 1987. He completed a fellowship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Oral Surgical Institute in Nashville from 1987 to 1988. He received his Board Certification from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1989.

Dr. Jones has been in private practice with Associates in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since l988.

Dr. Jones is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Chattanooga Area Dental Society, American Dental Association and Tennessee Dental Association.
